As a trauma-informed and life fulfilment coach, I am dedicated to creating safe, compassionate spaces for deep personal healing and growth. Trauma, stress, and emotions don’t just live in the mind—they’re stored in the body and nervous system. Somatic practices gently guide us out of the head and into the body, where deep healing can begin.
We start by creating safety and grounding, then move into releasing suppressed emotions—through movement, breath, sound, or stillness. This process helps shift long-held beliefs and patterns that were once survival tools, but no longer serve you. Whether you’ve experienced big “T” or small “t” trauma, healing is possible. It’s not linear—but it is deeply transformative when your nervous system is supported.
When we involve the nervous system in the process, change becomes not just possible, but sustainable. This is where true transformation happens: in safety, in connection, and in the body.
